Wonderful customer service. I ordered through doordash and called to let them know of my sons allergy, because u can’t let doordash know on the app. I called July 30th around 5:30ish. The girl who answered let me know that they haven’t received an order for me but checked with ordered. She then asked me my info so she can let everyone know to watch for this order. 5 stars for sure. 😊
This is our go-to Panera: always good service and decent food, clean dining area. Today I received exceptional service; there was a slight oversight on my sandwich and the server immediately began to make it right. The manager overheard and stepped in with apologies and they went over and above my expectations to make a small matter right.
