I went to the bald hill Warwick RI location at 7:15pm November 12 2022. Not only was the place dirty looking. I went to the counter to place Order. They WOULD NOT serve me, they said I’d have to order online. I said I’m here now and want to place order it don’t say online ordering ONLY. As a paying customer who took the time to drive there they are a big disappointment. Can’t wait till they close down.
Messy, loud, staff seemed pretty checked out and uninterested in being there. Gave me rice when I said no rice and I asked for red salsa and they started giving me green. Idk. It’s chipotle not the end of the world $15 for a little burrito bowl is crazy but so is $10 for a bag of chips at the grocery store idk what’s normal anymore.
Updating to 5 stars. This place has improved so much in the last two years. KEEP IT UP

Chipotle Mexican Grill serves bowls, quesadillas, and chips with corn and tomato salsa, all made with natural ingredients. The outstanding and professional crew is extremely accommodating and kind, especially for those with allergies. The food is absolutely delicious and excellent, with tasty options like the barbacoa salad. The store is extremely clean and the staff is pleasant, exceeding expectations with their helpful service.
