I visited the store today between approximately 1:30 and 2:00 PM and was very impressed with the cashier’s customer service. His name was Jayden. Several customers ahead of me did not speak English, and he made every effort to understand and assist them effectively. He was patient, respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure they were helped properly. He provided excellent service and truly stood out for his professionalism.
The line is a bit long, but honestly worth it in my opinion. The food is always great, and the service is amazing. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Panda Express used to be better with Asian staff, but now has a diverse team. Some find the food less fresh and service lacking. However, many enjoy the nice employees, fresh and hot food, and speedy chefs. Some customers are frustrated with long lines due to online orders being filled alongside in-person orders. Despite this, the staff is praised for being nice, fast, and efficient, with the manager even helping out at busy times. Overall, Panda Express impresses with good customer service and delicious food when it's fresh.
