The portions are huge. Best falafel I’ve ever tasted and I’m picky. I’m going to be enjoying this all weekend. I’m definitely going to be begging her to bring me more again, lol. We started with the Truffle fries and the Crispy Duck Meatballs- oh my both were great! The flavor in the Duck meatballs was amazing! The sweet chili glaze just hits it out of the park! On to dinner I ordered the Steak Frites - excellent flavor and cooked perfect! Wife ordered the Chicken Picatta - very tasty with a great lemon flavor! Family was too tight to get chowder somewhere local so we ‘settled’ for the airport. It was excellent! Generous portion. With super tasty seasoned oyster crackers. And plenty of good beers on tap. Very pleasantly surprised.“

“Was visiting Providence with my fiance for the weekend so we do not know the area. We stumbled upon this great little spot and I must say the food was amazing. Ro behind the counter was great, they gave us great local recommendations and made sure we enjoyed our meal which we did for sure. Bloody Mary was on point, and the food was delicious, we will definitely be back I never write reviews however I feel people need to check this spot out. Great food and experience“

“First time to Harry’s and it was Great! Atmosphere is cool with great music piped in through the place. Upstairs seating for food. Waiter was excellent and very attentive. Boozy Fruity Pebbles milkshake was great for daughter. Son-in-law got the Whalers draft! Wife got the OG Sucker Punch delicious! I got the Guinness in a can. (You have to ask for a glass). Daughter got the MOAB burger no buns (she’s GF) and son-in-law got the Pastrami sliders and the split a 50/50 onion straw and sweet potatoes! Yum! Wife got the MOAB burgers and they were delicious I got the Fungus Among us burgers … oh boy tasty! We split a 50/50 salt and pepper fry & onion straw. Everything was Hot and Fresh and delicious! Thank you!!! We shall be back! Just remember these are sliders but if you get the third you shall be full after the fries and onion straws!“

“This is my second time at Cork & Rye, and they did not disappoint! The strawberry sangria was tasty and refreshing, and the jerk chicken was seasoned well and cooked just right. The portions were satisfying and I was able to bring home leftovers. I also appreciated how accommodating they were, especially since they were able to accommodate our party of 8 outside with little notice. Overall, another great experience and I’d definitely come back!“

“I am brand new to Rebel’s Rations, which is Daniel’s mobile version of what he does at the Scurvy Dog in Providence. I was at the open mic night at Myrtle and realized I’d forgot to eat dinner. Just then, I smelled the most amazing grill smell and wandered outside to find Rebel’s Rations for the save. I always love me a great burger, but it takes a lot to stand out. The first time a burger really stuck out to me was an “au poivre” burger 15 years ago in Somerville; so it’s gotta take a lot. The other night, Dan’s “Marauder Burger” instantly made it into the history books as something of utter greatness! I’m someone who’ll shamelessly take photos of my food when it impresses me, but no time this time: I DEVOURED it! It’s amazing flavors stayed with me for hours as I watched great locals play music, dreaming of the next time I’ll try one. I can’t wait until another mobile Rebel’s Rations to try more delights; I’ll need to make my way to Scurvy Dog on a weekend night and pair it off with some kickass music!!! “Hometown Pizza & Subs was a really good stop. I had three wieners and a slice of pizza, and everything came out hot, fresh, and at the same time, which I appreciated.

The pizza was especially good. Hot and fresh without being greasy, with that classic neighborhood pizza-shop feel. I also loved the little old-school touches, like the paper-towel-style napkins and the pizza served on a foil-lined tray. Nothing fancy, just classic, and it works.
The wieners were good too. The staff was very kind and patient, and I ate inside in one of the booths. The whole place had a relaxed, chill atmosphere with good music playing in the background.

I honestly don't have anything bad to say about the place. Would I come back? Absolutely. Good food, friendly people, reasonable prices, and the kind of old-school local atmosphere that's getting harder to find.“

“Yesterday my husband and I each had an order of their Cinnamon Bread French Toast. Each slice was prepared to perfection and a little whipped cream added a surprising extra touch! It was just so good that it didn’t even need syrup! It was our favorite French toast anywhere! We ordered carved ham to go with it. The ham was tender, lean and delicious, and we enjoyed multiple cups of their smooth brewed French Vanilla coffee with breakfast too!“

“We got to Providence well after the dinner hour due to storms at Boston Logan. The front desk of our hotel (Courtyard) quickly suggested Haven Brothers. The walk was easy, which was perfect after a day of sitting on planes and in a rental car. This is a food truck, so we ate standing, too. Ate the best BLT I have had in maybe forever? Do check out Haven Brothers if you are in the area. Heck, go out of your way to get there. I suspect there are many items worth trying on their menu.“

“Went in with a party of 8, 5 adults and 3 kids. We sampled a little of everything from chicken tenders, ginders, calzones, brussel sprouts, panini... It was delicious. My family will probably be comparing all other horseradish aoili to this one, so good. Everything came out quickly and hot. What made everything even better was just how incredibly friendly and patient the wait staff was. Kids aged 5, 7 and 8 wanting to order for them selves, and talk with the staff, and I just can't say enough. An incredible and delicious dining experience. What a gem!“

“I keep on forgetting to put out this review , 3 days ago. My sin and I went out looking for a smoke house in are We went to the great northern smokehouse. We’ve been looking for another place to get smoked food in the area and let me tell you this place filled in all the checkmarks. There was a nice atmosphere. The waitress was great at the bar. I forget her name. I think her name is Brittany, she was cool. The food was great we got the brisket the beans, the Collard greens, and the Brussels sprouts , omg it was all great . I mean it really was all great no complaints at all. The only thing I think should’ve been added was maybe some kind of a dipping sauce and that’s just a personal preference. I like to have some type of sauce to dip the meat in . They might have sauces and I could have just missed it on the menu. Give this place a try . Better than I expected 5* all day“

“We stopped in as part of the RI food fights Burger Blowout and were served by a wonderful server named Ethan. Not only were our smash burgers delicious, but Ethan really went out of his way to make it the most comfortable dining experience possible for us! The Burgers were definitely a hit loaded with American cheese, two patties, lettuce, tomato, and a delicious Mac sauce. Parking is a little tricky, but the burger is worth the trip or two around the block!“

The first thing I would say is a caution: it is freezing in there. Bring a sweater or a coat. Lol. I had a cheeseburger with lettuce on it. My husband had a burger with their Mushroom on it, which is a big mushroom with cheese inside. We also ordered french fries and the beer battered onion rings. We found the experience to be good. I am a very picky eater and I would return here as would my husband. It's kind of expensive. The onion rings were $5.99, which is reasonable, except you only get 6. That's a $1 each. There should be 10 in there. That's my suggestion. Considering we would go back again, you need to try it and decide for yourself, right?“
