“Westerly Dels went above and beyond for my little girl’s birthday. It is her favorite treat (nut allergic so one of the very few treats we can get that we don’t make ourselves). A gallon of Dels served her entire class (16) the mini size and and 4 adults a small, for only $25. They wrote happy birthday Lora on the cap, gave her a shovel, and balloons. Way more than I expected and it made both of our days. Thanks again!“

“I've been going to this Subway since we moved to Westerly five years ago and am wondering if there's a new policy or if the new guy who made my sandwich just made a mistake. When I got to my shop and unwrapped it, there was very little roast beef on it. Only four slices on a footlong. Everything else was good, as usual.“

“I pull up to the drive-through window and I accidentally get the wrong order which is no big deal happens. The girl at the window named Tina made everything all right she went over the top and she was so nice and so personable I’ve been trying to call to talk to a manager to say how wonderful and great she is, but I can’t get a hold of McDonald’s so I wanted to write it on here how awesome Tina was at customer service getting me my food on time and Making it a great experience at this McDonald’s! “Very disappointed with this BK. They completely messed up our order. This is not the first time it’s happened to me. I understand people make mistakes however our order wasn’t even close to what I ordered. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay good money get home only to find out your order is messed up not to mention the gas that you wasted driving there.

I will say that I went back and they apologized and gave me 50% off card my next order.

“Subway is subway, it's mediocre food but sometimes that's what I want, this particular subway does always tend to be better than others I've eaten at and when I tend to stop in only on certain days of the week the employees are always welcoming and friendly and always make a well structured sandwich, couldn't ask for more when going into a subway.“
