okay let me just start by saying the place ate (literally n figuratively). From the second i walked in the vibes were immaculate. The place smelled like happiness, the lights were giving cozy and classy, and the music? chefs kiss.
But the real star of the show? ashley!! when i tell you they went ABOVE and BEYOND like ..someone give them a raise or something they deserve recognition for their outstanding service. They were so patient friendly and actually seemed to care about my experience
(which is so rare these days) I couldn’t even decide what to order because everything seemed so good, and they helped me pick the perfect meal which was basically heaven on a plate.
Every bite had me questioning my life choices like? why haven’t i came here sooner? even the drinks were perfection. Ashley checked in at the perfect times not too much bit too little like they were perfect like as if they were trained by Gordan Ramsay himself.
Long story short: the food? amazing
the service?elite.the vibes? 100/10.

“On this our first visit we tried the salad with vegan ranch dressing, the french fries (yes; really vegan), the chicken cutlet hot sub, and the veggie pizza done vegan. Everything was very good and we would eat all of those items again. A special shout out about the fries, which we both thought were the best we’ve ever had. And we’ve had a lot of fries. The owner is very conscious of vegan ingredients and looks for healthier options when he can. I was complaining to my wife how far it was from our house to the Palace, about 17 miles. They were swearing loudly and young child nearby. Made is very difficult for conversation at our table. Told manager about it and nothing was done. Found that very disappointing.“

“We had an away hockey game at Smithfield Arena. We called the day before to make a reservation but that seemed unnecessary because there is all kinds of room.

They were so accommodating especially for a group of 8 year olds. We grouped the kids on one end and the adults on the other. What was really unique is they did separate checks based on the players number to keep the orders organized.

“We were the first wedding Sol de Mexico had ever catered. We were also the first event of 140 people they had ever served. They did absolutely amazing! Everyone loved the buffet style food they provided, and services of cleaning, filling water, and serving the food! The staff was friendly and helpful. Brenda, the manager, was amazing throughout the whole process! Her and I had good communication to make sure everything went as planned. They put a lot of resources into this event and ensuring it worked out properly. They are such a great staff and restaurant. It was my husband and I's first date spot and they graciously agreed to cater our wedding knowing they had not done that before. We are so grateful for Sol and their AMAZING food. We love Sol and would recommend the restaurant to anyone and their catering to anyone! They did great!“

“We love to sit at the bar, and the bartenders are unbelievable busy, but stay right on top of everything! I had the most delicious steak (not shaved, either a small delmonico or rib eye) with mushrooms and cheese and ordered fried eggplant as my side ( trying to eat something a little healthy) and hubby had a Reuben sandwich with a side salad. Everything was delicious and cooked to our liking. It was great!
