“I love Chicken Salad Chick. In fact, I’m one of five American men who will openly admit that and dine there solo. You’re welcome.
Food is great (reminds me of my mom’s chicken salad), service is very good and personalized, and the atmosphere is very comfortable.
I am astounded by people who try CSC and shrug and say it’s just “okay.” What?!? CSC consistently rocks!!!
The staff at this location are very friendly and supportive. They greet me by name and make each visit enjoyable.
I left a star off for food because there’s a tiny bit of room for improvement on portion size for things like salads and soups. Otherwise, the quality of the food is excellent.
In a world where customer service has (almost) totally gone to crap in foodservice, Chicken Salad Chick stands out with a handful of other establishments on how it should be done. Highly recommended.“

“We stayed at the Montage and came here for the first time. It's part of the Palmetto Bluff community = quiet luxury, just really well done.But the food really punched above its weight. Amazing ceviche tostada and my husband loved his pulled pork sammie and brussel sprout salad. Just delicious, fresh food with great service by our server Autumn.“

“Always wanted to try this out of the way restaurant as I seldom go to anything that is a Serg but prefer locals. There lunch time deals and chicken is great, dinner overpriced for the service and quality. Sorry things do change. My friend was disappointed. Just my opinion.“

“Nice quick breakfast cafe in Harbour Town. Staff is professional and loved the menu options. I ended up getting the french toast and it was good. My friend liked her avocado toast too. Waited only 15 minutes for food which was great compared to how long the line was. Cold brew is okay. Definitely a fun spot for vacationers though.“

“As a repeat customer when vacationing in Hilton Head, this is the only breakfast/brunch place to go! The pancakes (pecan is my fav) are to die for and you gotta try the Kitchen Sink! Great food and wonderful & friendly fast service. Can’t wait until next time!!“
