The guy behind the counter from PA was very pleasant and worked with a smile even though it was a holiday. “Let me start by saying, I do not ever do reviews. But, this one is worth the few minutes I have before heading into work.A few months ago I came here because I love Haagen Daaz. The manager was rude and my order looked extremely sloppy. My order was wrong, and she was not friendly. I thought for sure I'd never be back but said what the heck, let me give them one more shot.I walked in and was greeted first thing by Alicia and she proceeded to do my order for me. She was kind quick and seemed like she really knew what she was doing. That's a GREAT Change for here. I'm from New York so this ice cream has a special place in my palate.I will be back more and more now. I'm glad you finally have a friendly staff that knows what they are doing.
