“The food was good, I’ll definitely order take out the next time. The atmosphere, it depends on the crowd you want to cater too. Today’s rap is not it. Maybe not at as loud, but some R&B, a little mellow country, some jazz possibly. The service, well, the chef was awesome. He came out of his area and really made us feel welcome. I appreciate that! Now with that being said, to work in customer service you really have to have a good heart because dealing with the public or people in general is not easy. When you offer people a product that you want in return, funds/benefits, you put on a happy face even if you have to fake it because you want said people to not only come back but you want them to tell the next person about your product and encourage them to try it also. When2 people work together, ones negativity can show through the other. The guy at the counter/cash register who took my order, although he didn’t offer everything that came with my plate nor did I receive everything that was advertised to come with my plate, he tried. If I could show the expression on the females face I would before we could glance the menu the person I came in with wanted to go. I’m guessing the person immediately felt uncomfortable. We did come in before 6pm and we did wait more than 30 mins for our food. 10 minutes in to us eating, she came in the dining area and asked if we need 1 bag or 2 and not in a polite tone. Smh,…. The bathroom was clean.“
“The chef there is just wonderful and it's got to be the best soup in town. He makes probably 30 or more that he rotates through my favorite is the clam chowder but a lot of people love the Hungarian mushroom, the cheeseburger and the stuffed cabbage roll.“
“I could have not expected the outcome of this experience when I first walked into this local coffee shop. As I approached the doors I felt an instant rush of excitement. The two young men behind the counter greeted me with enthusiasm and proceeded to service every single one of my needs. I can tell that there is a lot of love and experience put into every cup of coffee. I should have been warned before I put my lips against the BLT. The in-house glaze left my taste buds tingling with excitement and wonder. Then they gave me a latte and the mixture of flavors bursted into my mouth. I will definitely be coming again and again.
