“Enjoyed the cheeseburger combo, my wife had the devil crab combo. The burger was cooked correctly, good flavor, good meat. The devil crabs were nice as well no deep freezer burn taste. French fries were made fresh not held under heat lamp. The sweet tea was fresh brewed. Only reason for 4 star on service was the table we sat at had a sticky issue as if the server had mistakenly over looked it. The rest of the restaurant was very clean. Personality of staff was pleasant and friendly.“
“The food was very good. Service was average, and our waitress was not very expressive or necessarily friendly. The food we had was well prepared and tasty. The pancakes are delicious. Cakes and pastries are very good with homemade flavors and texture. The space itself was clean and comfortable, but a little bit close quarters. It is well worth a visit to The Purple Onion.Wheelchair accessibility: Maybe a bit tight for a wheelchair.“
“We ate there for the first time. Great service. Enjoyed it very much. Best turkey club I ever had. Was Toasted so good and yet soft. Loved that. Bacon delicious. The onion rings were cooked to perfection. The cheeseburger and fries delicious, too. Large portions.“
“Art catering was excellent. First of all, I got Covid four days before the party and they were great in my delaying the event till I felt better. Secondly, the food ( barbecue to go) was delicious and plentiful. The food was ready and hot when I picked it up at the planned time. The chef was wonderful in helping me bring the food to the car. He even gave me a little more than I ordered. The food was packaged that it was extremely easy to set up. I also found the price very reasonable. There is no question, but I would definitely use art catering again“
“Excellent. The big burger combo all the way is great. The fried bologna sandwich awesome. Friendly service, clean and organized eating area. We enjoy it everytime. For those few who complained, maybe you're not used to good burgers, maybe you should stick with McCardboards instead. Keep up the good work Mankins, see ya again soon.“
