While we were at the ceremony, the food was delivered on time, they set the pans into the steam tables for us. It was delicious! EVERYONE was commenting on how good EVERYTHING tasted. We had ordered Mediterranean chicken, pork loin, roasted garden mixed veggies, roasted asparagus, truffle mac and cheese, rice pilaf. The sauces and gravies were smooth and richly flavored. The presentation (even in the pans) was very appealing. Job well done! My surprise is that nothing had dried out, or become soggy, all the meat was tender and juicy, the veggies were not overcooked. The quantity was almost double what was needed. Lots of happy leftovers, there was a feast the next day too. After spending months on planning, when the day finally arrives, you hope all your efforts pay off, and it did with Good Life. I would highly recommend them and we will definitely use them in the future.On a side note: One of the staff accidently broke a red bottle of wine and it spilled onto our carpet. The staff immediately went to work to clean it. The next day the stain was still visible. I let them know about it still being visible. They sent someone out again to get it clean. The BBQ is perfectly tender with the right amount of bark mixed in. I got the potato salad and baked beans, which were very flavorful. If you're looking for the best, look no further than here.
