“Kudos to a franchise owner who actually cares about his investment! This location was certainly the cleanest, most inviting Subway Restaurant that I have ever been in. Both sandwiches purchased were loaded with fresh rolls, fresh vegetables, and absolutely delicious. I don’t write reviews very often but this location was very impressive so I’m happy to give them their due diligence!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Hours posted are wrong. Google says 9. Door says 930. Walked in at 817pm and they looked like they were frustrated to see me. Locked up at 825. If you’re trying to get dinner here before they close do know you will likely be treated as a nuisance.“

Kid-friendliness: My son absolutely loves them when here hears the word subway he lights up like a Christmas Tree waiting on gifts under it LOL it’s funny but he is a pepperoni, pickle and cucumber kind of boy but my 9yr old will go crazy and ask when are we getting subway again love that my son loves this subway as much as I/we my family does thanks for going the extra mile.“

“The sandwich was exactly as described. For that, I was extremely grateful! My friend had just taken me to have my hair colored and my hairstylist kept discussing food! Needless to say, once finished we went directly to Subway, again, coincidentally, was about 2 minutes away! We both enjoyed the owners and employees courtesy throughout. I would definitely recommend this Subway located in Berea! I'm definitely returning!

“We've been here twice so far and had the same guy make our sandwiches both times. He takes his time, and the sandwiches are made perfectly, not hastily thrown together and not a huge mess. We dont know the name of the guy, but we have high hopes that he is working anytime we go in the future.“

“The ladies who work here (all of them!) are unbelievably kind. They are cheerful every time I walk in the store, and each person really seems to care about what they are doing. It's like getting a sandwich and a hug! Because three people are involved with the process, there is almost never a line! It is, by far, the fastest Subway, as far as sandwich-making goes. And the food seems much more fresh than other Subways. In fact, I drive twice as far to come to this Subway on Brendan Way, rather than the one near my house. Excellent service! They take most coupons, but not all - so just ask. :o)“

“First off, I love that they open at 9am! This is the only Subway I come to in my area. The one near my house on Pleasantburg is the worst! I went to an appointment with both my daughters Wednesday morning and they wanted a sub for breakfast haha. So we were surprised to see them open this early. There was a sweet lady working by herself and I couldn’t believe how fast she made 3 subs! Mine was so good and perfect proportions. She was so sweet and patient with us. You can tell she is a hard worker bc she kept busy the whole time. Dining room was clean and comfortable. We bought 3 combos and paid a little over $40. Not the cheapest, but i guess that’s the going rate these days for food. They do need a bit more parking, though. Thanks for the great experience and having everything in stock unlike the other store!“

“Order here regularly. This is one of the best Subways in the area. They have always gotten my order right. They also are one of the few Subway restaurants that actually honor their coupons. I still can't understand why a lot of the other stores refuse their own coupon“

“Walked in to get a fountain drink and suddenly the smell of fresh bread pushed me to get a sandwhich. This is the best expierence ive had at a subway. The young cashier guy was really funny and we chatted about work for a few minutes. He made me a killer sub. This gave me a new perspective on subway. I will come “

“The food was straight, but the bread was a little hard. I'm not here for that tho I'm here to give a 5* rating to Brandon R. Not the store. The store is trash. How can you expect to have good food and service when you give a good customer experience with only one employee on the clock and 11 customers in line? It was so bad they had to go get help from the Starbucks. We were at Subway but they got someone from Starbucks behind the counter. Dude didn't even know what he was doing. Brandon R. handled himself amazingly. People running late and got this man back here getting beat on. He deserves a raise because he's keeping that store running. The 3 days my wife was in the hospital he was in there getting it in. Fixing the problems created by poor managerial decisions. No employee deserves to be slammed like that and be all alone. Those people who were late need to be fired and Brandon needs promoted.“

“We walked in and it was pretty busy I only saw one guy making all the food, he is a champ for that, some customers were being real rude and impatient cuz they mobile ordered and didn’t understand that customer walk ins always come first before a mobile especially if it’s just one person. But the guy did phenomenal kept his cool and told them to sit down and wait because they didn’t understand. Our food was amazing delicious! I hope they give this guy a raise!“

“NEW OWNERS so all those old reviews don't matter. Wonderful people turning the place around thank goodness. much cleaner, nicer & overall much BETTER. Can't wait to see what they do with the place and excited to have a nice place to stop by & grab a quick sub. Definitely recommend giving it another shot if you haven't already!!!

“My experience wasn't too bad like I've read on these reviews. Although I did have to ask that the lady during the day to change her gloves and for more parmesan ( I get it the shaker wasn't great for dispensing parmesan so I asked her to take the lid off and give me more) she was friendly I give her credit for that and the store looked nice the guy in the back though he needs to smile more and welcome his guest. Stop looking so mean to the man in the back. The only thing that I saw during my experience other than what I explained above I believe glove change in should be every single order every time you touch something that's not food.

I went in there and bought a footlong today and normally when I do that I eat my first half and then I eat my second half later. My bread is never rock hard when I eat it later after being toasted today it's rock hard and I can't eat it. You lose a star“

“The two young people working tonight (the night before Thanksgiving at about 7pm, one male and one female) were the absolute nicest and friendliest who have ever served me at Subway. Hope the manager sees this review! Great couple of kids and, as the owner of a restaurant myself, exactly the type of people who you want representing you! And the subs were delicious!“
