“First time eating at The R Place. For that nice of a restaurant, and the cost to eat there, I was disappointed. My wife and I both had soups. There were very few potatoes in her soup, and the crap soup was heavy on the cheese and sherry, but not crab. I will say the bacon honey dressing is wonderful. I won't think of eating there again when dining out.“

“The staff was extremely welcoming. In addition, as a first timer the food was on point. You can't go wrong with the all star breakfast for $12.00.
Eggs your way, one large waffle, grits or hash browns, and choice of pork bacon, pork sausage, or chicken sausage and your choice of toast. I chose raisin toast.
You won't be able to eat it all however you will be full and totally satisfied!

“I visited the restaurant today. The food wasn’t the way I ordered it but it was close enough/still tasty. Furthermore, as to be expected given the storm aftermath it was a madhouse in there. So mistakes happen. The lady that handled the register was amazing. Handled the register and being a hostess effortlessly. Thank you all from her to the kitchen staff to the wait staff for all you did today. Food was good. Got it in exceptional timing especially in these circumstances.“

“Applebee's use to be such a nice restaurant where you could get good food. It is sad to watch it go down. It needs a good cleaning and make over. This al falls back on management and the help he or she has. The waiter we had brought the water out and had his hands on top of glass. Restaurant's close every day and I hope they can make the changes before it is to late.“
