“I am 100% loyal to a place if they make an error and fix it without a second thought. Our order was made wrong, mistakes happen. When I called. The manager listened , apologized, and gave me options to make it right. I respect that. That is a great manager. I appreciate that and will continue to order from them. They know the true meaning of customer service. Thank you all. The phone person when I called he was polite and got the manager right away. The delivery driver was very nice and apologize. Just don't order any dipping cups because, like most places, they're seemingly incapable of actually remembering them. Would be fine if they were free but I'm sure I've lost at least $10 since they opened, on dips I never got.“
