I ordered for the first time today 3 chicken fingers ans fries at 12:14pm. By 12:34 pm I was still asking for the meal amd was finally told the chicken fingers needed to be floured! Finally at 12:40 or so they finally came. The cashier was upset because I asked a few times about them and so did she. 8 minutes to fry took almost and entire hour of a lunch break! I ordered a hamburger and fries. Very few customers in building. I went to bathroom to wash hands and there are no lights. Food was not ready for 21 minutes. The hamburger was absolutely the smallest burger I have ever seen.
