“One hour and twenty mins before closing and the crew has the place in full shut down mode including mopping the floor we had to walk over to get inside. I understand the need to clean but I really didn't want to walk across the slippery wet floor. As usual the coffee was great.“

“Starbucks has lost much of its coffee shop comfort that drew so many people 20 years ago. Sandwiches are still on display but now we see them through their processed packaging instead of behind clean deli glass. Menu boards support more fruity mixed cocktails, albeit non-alcoholic, then coffee. I was disappointed in the "hurry and place an order, stand over there and wait" attitude that replaced a vocabulary that was explained every time I visited. Nothing, not even the iced latte, made me eager to return.“
