“I visit this Starbucks frequently due to it being close to my workplace. Every visit is wonderful, and a great place to decompress during my break. Each of the baristas have excellent customer service. They are super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. My drink is made right every time in a timely fashion. They even remember my name and my typical order. Out of all the locations I visit (and I visited many of the locations), this location is superior.“
“Went in on a weekend and was so empty, thought it was closed for a moment at like 5 pm. Ladies were friendly. Ask for a Pink Drink and informed me they were cleared out bc of the Master’s Week rush they just had. One of the employees stopped to inform me that they just got a shipment and they were going to see if they had what they needed to do my Pink Drink. Sure enough she came back to the front with a smile and asked what size. This place was clean even after a rush and well organized. Great customer service. I will be going here whenever I am in the area.“
“Starbucks is supposed to be top tier customer service. Like everyone knows this. I ordered two quad shots over ice on my app. Got to the window and 1 was ready. The other....took 6min to get. The girl handed it to me and turned away. No sorry for the wait, no ty have a nice day, no.... youre welcome when I said thank you. Nada. Why so miserable?! Also someone was skimpy on the ice today too!
