“The menu is appealing, the facility is clean , and there are plenty of screens to watch a game but don’t be fooled by the eye candy. The service and food are disappointing. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 and was seated in the bar area were no other patrons were currently being seated. There were plenty of people out in the main dining area so we figured that they must just be short on servers and that we would be waiting on by the bar hostess. The first item we ordered was an appetizer (chips with chili quest) that we didn’t find out for almost 20 minutes they were out of. Deciding to change our selection we ordered a second appetizer that we thought was going to be tater tots and it turns out it was balls of hash browns deep-fried in old oil that tasted absolutely terrible and were extremely greasy. We ordered food ( chicken and waffles) and about 10 minutes later we were told that they no longer had that item because they were out of waffles so we were once again asked to change our order. When we got the hamburger to replace the chicken and waffles they said they couldn’t make it was on a bun that was soaked in some type of fluid (water or grease it didn’t really matter) but it made eating the hamburger virtually impossible. We spoke to the waitress about the tater tots and she was going to take it off the bill but when the bill arrived she had not done it and informed me that the management would let her do it. She was preoccupied because they were closing early so maybe she never tried If your idea of a good meal with bad service is a sloppy hamburger and s ball of hash browns that are greasy and taste like an old oil then this is the place for you. It’s not $45 that I’ll wish to spend in that location ever again.“

“After 3 days of no power and meals that mostly consisted of snacks, it was so refreshing to eat here and receive top notch service! “Went there today first time. LEVESTA was our waiter. He was fantastic and very professional. I had appetizer plate of chicken wings and fried mushrooms. It was a huge amount. Very good. My son had flounder sandwich. Thick and crisp. Would go back again. Great cheesecake also.“

“We are new to Anderson, and our neighbor recommended that we try Earle St Kitchen. When we got there the place was very clean and we were greeted warmly. Our Waitor Silas was very helpful and explained the daily special. It was salmon, that's all my wife had to hear,and she ordered it, I went with the meatloaf. The drinks came quickly and were good. The food came soon after. I was more than impressed, I was blown away. The meatloaf was excellent, the portion was huge, the mashed potatoe fritters were amazing. My wife was over the moon with her salmon. We were impressed with the quality food and generous portions. We ordered the salted caramel cheesecake. You have to try it to believe just how good it is. We feel like we went to a local restaurant, never expecting to have 5 star food and service, at a very reasonable price. Needless to say...We are going back soon.“

“I was boycotting Cracker Barrel when I found how deeply they were entrenched in and pushing DEI and remodeling their stores, but I believe in Grace and forgiveness, so I went Sunday to the Anderson location. The service was great and so was the food. I'm glad they changed paths!“

We were there after church on wed night service was great only complaint is that it was super dirty (could b short staff not a major deal) and I really didn't like all the writing on the walls reminded me of sitting in a bathroom and kids writing on the walls. “The food was cooked fresh and hot. The server assisted with everything I needed. The grill was very dirty, so I made my server aware of this problem. In response, the cook promptly cleaned the grill. However, I did use plastic utensils (I suggest using plastic utensils at all restaurants if possible)“

“We are from out of town but use to live here. Our grown kids live in Anderson still. So for a bday celebration we brought our big kids here. Brittany, our server was amazing. Listen we had 4 kids there between 13 and a newly 21 year old. They can be a bit annoying but everyone was so great. A tall guy server showed incredible patience as I kept reminding my grown ones not to stand in the isle. After all the kids left we sat the bar and had just as great service. Whoever assembled this crew did great! Oh and my steaks came out perfect medium! Hard to do at places like this. Great experience!“

The Best Onion Rings I've ever tasted crispy & when you bit into it No onion came out, the onion stayed in the ring! I'm happy to find a better burger in Anderson. Service was good, not great. Food was not prepared well. Several people ordered the strawberry salad & none of them looked alike. I had parmasan crusted chicken & it was far over cooked. Dry & not flavorful. One person had a parmasan crusted steak & it looked extremely dried out. We eat at the Longhorn in Easley & it's always flawless. Maybe that's spoiled us. I don't have any interest in going back.“
