“The menu is appealing, the facility is clean , and there are plenty of screens to watch a game but don’t be fooled by the eye candy. The service and food are disappointing. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 and was seated in the bar area were no other patrons were currently being seated. There were plenty of people out in the main dining area so we figured that they must just be short on servers and that we would be waiting on by the bar hostess. The first item we ordered was an appetizer (chips with chili quest) that we didn’t find out for almost 20 minutes they were out of. Deciding to change our selection we ordered a second appetizer that we thought was going to be tater tots and it turns out it was balls of hash browns deep-fried in old oil that tasted absolutely terrible and were extremely greasy. We ordered food ( chicken and waffles) and about 10 minutes later we were told that they no longer had that item because they were out of waffles so we were once again asked to change our order. When we got the hamburger to replace the chicken and waffles they said they couldn’t make it was on a bun that was soaked in some type of fluid (water or grease it didn’t really matter) but it made eating the hamburger virtually impossible. We spoke to the waitress about the tater tots and she was going to take it off the bill but when the bill arrived she had not done it and informed me that the management would let her do it. She was preoccupied because they were closing early so maybe she never tried If your idea of a good meal with bad service is a sloppy hamburger and s ball of hash browns that are greasy and taste like an old oil then this is the place for you. It’s not $45 that I’ll wish to spend in that location ever again.“

“Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the Garlic Parm Fries come with no oil both times I've tried them! In Clemson these garlic parm fries are so much better!!! I don't like to say that but it is what it is. Bummer because they cost a lot more! Next time I will get a burger but no fries.“

“I was boycotting Cracker Barrel when I found how deeply they were entrenched in and pushing DEI and remodeling their stores, but I believe in Grace and forgiveness, so I went Sunday to the Anderson location. The service was great and so was the food. I'm glad they changed paths!“

“This would normally be a total 5-star review but this incident has happened two times within the last few months. I completely understand the need for cleaning the floors between shift changes (and I do not have a problem with that) but the use of an extremely fragrant floor cleaner (Fabuloso) while customers are eating is unacceptable. I found it difficult to breathe (much less enjoy my meal) while inhaling the fumes. Please consider purchasing a different less-fragrant cleaner to use in the presence of dining customers.“

“We are new to Anderson, and our neighbor recommended that we try Earle St Kitchen. When we got there the place was very clean and we were greeted warmly. Our Waitor Silas was very helpful and explained the daily special. It was salmon, that's all my wife had to hear,and she ordered it, I went with the meatloaf. The drinks came quickly and were good. The food came soon after. I was more than impressed, I was blown away. The meatloaf was excellent, the portion was huge, the mashed potatoe fritters were amazing. My wife was over the moon with her salmon. We were impressed with the quality food and generous portions. We ordered the salted caramel cheesecake. You have to try it to believe just how good it is. We feel like we went to a local restaurant, never expecting to have 5 star food and service, at a very reasonable price. Needless to say...We are going back soon.“

Overall, it’s worth another visit because of the prices, menu options and the waitresses were super nice.“

The assistant manager, Marissa, even came to our table and introduced herself and let us know that if there was anything at all that we needed or anything that was unsatisfactory that we could come see her and she would see that it was made so or made right. Usually you never meet management until there is an issue, so this was a nice change. Thank you very much Marissa for a great dining experience.“
