A “Frozensteel” Man
The first time I have been here, grabbing work lunch for the whole office. The food was great. Employees are friendly. Only thing that bothered me was that they had a good number of people working, and not one person said anything or attempted to help me. Just standing there at register for a good while until finally someone came from back to see what i needed. To get my pickup order.Parking: Very limited parking spots. And GPS sent me to the building at the next turn, past the pizza shop to a liquor store instead.

Today, we decided on pizza and since we've been seeing so many raves on Facebook, I thought this was a good choice. A woman, with a great demeanor, and an outgoing personality, took our order. While we waited, the owner/boss came out to greet his guest; a very nice gesture, on his part. The salad bar had a nice selection but the pizza was very good. A nice crispy, but fluffy homemade crust. The cheese pull lacked a bit, the sauce needed more garlic, and other spices. Even with the lack there of, it was still a good place to dine and we will be back.

This was our first time here at 5:30pm. We ordered a mild sausage calzone and a large chicken and bacon pizza. We also got 1 trip to the salad bar. The salad bar was well stocked, and the ingredients were fresh. The pizza and calzone were ok and well cooked.

The salad bar was low on several items. A young lady asked if I needed more cheddar. I said more cheddar, eggs, and lettuce. She stated in a sarcastic tone "YES ma'am, we've been busy."

Ordered a hand tossed and deep dish specialty pizza. The hand tossed is a small version of a thin crust. The deep dish is a small version of the hand toss paid extra for both not happy buyer beware..

Absolutely terrible restaurant. I ordered food after sitting at the ER Vet for 5 hours. Order was to be ready between 7:10-7:20. Got a confirmation order saying order was ready. Arrived at 7:44pm. They can't find the order and are confused. Tried to give me 2 pizzas. I ordered 2 pizzas, a salad, tea, and garlic knots. They didn't do anything except for the 2 pizzas and tried to make me a 3rd pizza that I didn't want. They then 'found a salad' down below in a cooler. All of the families sitting in the restaurant are without food. I asked the girl behind the counter if there was anyone supervising that evening since they couldn't find the reciept for the order. Apparently she was the manager. She cooked an attitude immediately and snapped at me when I asked her why my "order ready" email came, yet I get there and they don't have it completed, 25 mins later. She snapped "I told you we are making it now" so I asked her why she has A bad attitude toward customers when it's THEIR mistake. She snapped that "if you have an attitude I'll throw it right back and that's what you get." Absolutely unbelievable. What she claimed would be 5 minutes for the rest of my order, took 13 mins.If you like long hair in your food, manager was leaning with back against all the toppings, ponytail down her back sweeping into the food, no hair net.
