First time, and while the snow cones were ok. I was disappointed that ours didn't fill the cup. Everyone around us had big snow cones with the big scoop on top like all the photos show but not us. I later figured out they give you a bigger cup for Togo so it probably equals out that way.. Tigers blood didn't taste like what I've had other places. Girl at the front counter that was working there this week when we stopped in was a little bit on the rude side i thought to be standing there demanding 7 dollars for a cup of ice.. Not that it wasn't the best cup of ice that I've eveerr had...just saying your help could be a little bit nicer. Besides that, i would give you a 5
