I ordered a London Fog and the Barista goes "what is that??". I've ordered this drink numerous times from this location and every single time it's mass confusion for the baristas. Then one of my tea bags was busted and I had chunks of tea leaves floating around in my drink, I had to get a strainer and pour it into another cup. I don't have this issue with any other Starbucks 🤔.
There were two people workin when I went. The young man was very nice but the girl was so rude. Didn’t speak or make eye contact even when I asked her a question. If I’m gonna pay $6 for a coffee it would be nice if the staff had manners or customer service skills.
