I visited here this summer in August. The young man who fixed my coffee was professional, courteous, and engaging. He made eye-contact and made me feel that he valued my patronage. This is a great location in Anderson for a good cup of coffee.
I went to Starbucks this morning after nearly two years away due to the pandemic. When I walked to the counter, a barista remembered my name without having to be prompted and greeted me by asking if I'd like my usual drink (not surprisingly, she nailed it and had remembered it specifically). I'm touched that she went above and beyond to make a customer feel valued simply by remembering my name and drink order!

Firstly, the nice lady with the braids greeted me by calling me friend and telling me I looked pretty. I'm a simple girl; this made me very happy. Great first impression :)Secondly, I had trouble deciding which lavender drink I wanted, and they were so helpful!
