The great food and fast service is ready ahead of time when ordered through the app. However, some customers have found the pizza unusual, with sliced mozzarella on top and no pre-cut slices, making it difficult to eat. Despite the clean environment, the lack of pizza cutters and service led to a disappointing experience for some diners.
