“First, I want to say that the team that works the counter here are mostly wonderful! The ones that aren't tend to not last long. We go to this location and they know me by name.......Service is usally outstanding other than the typical no-shows that tend to happen more often now.
The reason for my 4-star rating in Service and atmosphere is due to the lack of management at this store. These employees seem to be doing the best they can without a lot of guidance from upper management. I believe this team only needs the care of a good manager to be elite. Get rid of the bad apples on the team and focus on the great ones!!
