The ribs were fall off the bone tender which we love. They had great side choices. The fries were excellent and the sweet potatoes were delicious. I prefer a sweeter barbecue sauce so it would be nice if they had more than one choice of barbecue sauce. The person taking orders at the front door did not want to be there. The meat and sides at Bluffton BBQ are exceptional. "Traditional, not trendy". Clearly quality products are expertly prepaired, tweaked with creativity...Menu selections are limited but satisfy expectations. The focus on doing what they do well exceeds all expectations...Without a doubt the ribs and homemade fries are the best these frequent diners have had anywhere. The handwritten notes throughout the cozy setting are amusing in their straightforward directives & assessments.
4.5 out of 5. Pulled pork and ribs were excellent. Really enjoyed the BBQ sauce and potato salad as well. Cole slaw was waayyy too salty and contained black olives and corn , which while unusual I would have been ok with if not so salty. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back when in the area. Thank you for great BBQ!
