“Can't speak to others experience, but on the weekend I visited everything was fabulous. Upon entering I was warmly welcomed with a smile and a greeting. The store lobby and the bathrooms were clean and the ordering process was smooth and easy. 2 hotdogs, medium fries and a medium drink later, there was a smile on my face and satisfying applause from my stomach. The chili on the hotdogs was hearty and tasted homemade. The fries were fresh out the vat, crispy and flavorful.“

I stop there every Sunday after church for my Big Breakfast with hotcakes and my Wife's Egg McMuffin qThe Counter Staff are uniformly attentive, patient and friendly as are the shift managers.

“Anytime I get down south I stop in Bojangles. This was my first time trying the sausage and gravy with biscuits, didn’t fail me at all! Was awesome for a fast food joint.

The limited time lemonade wasn’t very good, I’d give that a 2.5 star out of 5.

One great thing about the location I went to was it was attached to a gas station and mini mart inside. They had Cajun boiled peanuts and dang were those great road trip snack.“

“The young lady at the counter Sunday, 12/08/24, was soooo kind to my elderly mother. When I thanked her, she said that “it doesn’t cost anything to be nice to someone.” I was floored. Mom has spent years training nurses how to deal with elderly dementia patients. And this young lady was kind, patient and etc. Man, I was impressed.“

“I wasn't expecting much considering it's a Subway in Blythewood but boy was I surprised. Dee is a sandwich making God, she made 5 peoples sandwiches so fast I didn't even have time to check my Facebook waiting for my turn. My foot long BLT she made was one of the best I've had in a long time, she even remembered my extra mayo“

“I arrived later in the evening, close to closing time. I almost did not want to judge them because of this fact, knowing that, at closing, normal procedures are abandoned. But, google pressured me...

Besides the fact that it was near closing, they were also very short staffed. These two things are huge to me, having worked in restaurants for over 30 years.

All that said, excuses, reasons or whatever; the staff was as friendly as one can expect while they hurried from one task to the other - nothing that made me think twice of the customer service abilities. When they could get to you, there was a genuine, apologetic smile. The food was still normal taco bell. The dining room definitely needed to be cleaned but, as I said, it was closing time. I only reluctantly lowered their stars because of this because - closing time or not, short staffed or not - letting it get as bad as I witnessed is unacceptable.

I would definitely visit again, if I'm ever passing through; with hopes that a few key hires should fix any semblance of a problem that I encountered. Would recommend.

Just FYI, for those thinking 'dirty dining room, dirty kitchen'; I could see the kitchen, as you can in most taco bells, and, while a bit messy bc of the closing, nothing that made me think my food was in danger of being contaminated or anything.“

“This location is consistently well maintained and clean. There are a lot of windows so you get some nice sunlight during the day. The staff, for the most part, have been employed there for a while so you don't see huge turnover and the resulting learning curves. The manager is often on duty and is always nice to the customers.

As far as the food, you know what to expect. I think Subway offers a good value for your money with enough variety and customization to make almost anyone happy.“
