I was at this location to grab a sandwich today. Trouble was the drive through touch screen window was acting up AND the sun was making the glare horribly frustrating. So I pulled up to the pick-up window and had the distinct pleasure of meeting John. He was helpful, courteous, and even came out to my car to help with the touch screen. I enjoy getting my subs from here. I always order online and make sure to tip when they have done a good job. However, my love for this establishment, that I have frequented for 15+ years, has diminished in just one day. I did online order as usual but my order was messed up. I wasn't expecting much considering it's a Subway in Blythewood but boy was I surprised. Dee is a sandwich making God, she made 5 peoples sandwiches so fast I didn't even have time to check my Facebook waiting for my turn.
