I did an online order and in the notes I said extra extra mayonnaise. I get my sandwich and it has no mayo. Very disappointed, how hard is it to do your job?
Quick, delicious, and staff dealt with overly complicated order (made staff remake sandwich because she asked for the wrong ingredients after leaving the store and coming back) with great customer service.
Music was so loud that I couldn’t hear to order.

Jersey Mike's Subs offers quick, delicious food and great customer service. The staff dealt with an overly complicated order with great customer service, even making a sandwich again after a customer asked for the wrong ingredients. Service has been great, and the staff are respectful about gluten free and celiac safe options. Customers appreciate the service for days they don’t want to cook. The food was amazing, with greetings of welcome ins and smiles and orders taken right away. The store is nice and clean with friendly people and delicious food. Some were nervous about bad reviews but had a great experience, with sandwiches made to perfection. After receiving a mailer with discount codes, customers ordered from this location, and although Google reviews almost scared them off, the experience was great. The bread was nice and soft and fresh, unlike the Killian Rd location. Every sub ordered was delicious, and the employees are very hospitable and nice. One customer gave 4 stars because they ordered online and picked up, so they weren't there long. Another visited for the 1st time after ordering on the app, got the turkey sub and the Big Kahuna philly cheesesteak. The turkey sub was a little salty, but the cheesesteak was pretty good. The order was ready when they walked in and they were greeted with a smile. Many will return to this Jersey Mike's in the near future.
