I placed a curbside order…when I waited seven minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready and LONG after I checked in, I called and was told that I would have to come in because they were extremely busy. (No apology…just, “You’ll have to come in.”) Them when I DID go in, finally got someone’s attention, and was handed an order (again, with no apology for the extra wait time OR their asking me to come in), it was the wrong order. The wings are bad. They're hard, dry, Small and overcooked. Today was my 4th time at seeing if I had a bad batch. Bad all four times.
