I come here at least once a week. What is going on?! The drive thru has been “closed” for over a week. The restaurant is disgusting. No one is working up front. Several people are waiting for service. I don’t know who’s running the show lately, but this location needs some SERIOUS help. Edit to add: the manager just screamed if we aren’t happy that we can go somewhere else.
Always great service and good food at the Arby’s in Village Square on Sam Rittenberg Blvd. Staff is polite and courteous, orders are correct and the dining room is clean! This is one of my most favorite area fast food restaurants.
