“A small but quality Chick-fil-A on The Citadel campus. This one is located within The Citadel Canteen building beside Mark Clark Hall. No, you do not have to be a cadet to go eat there as it is open to the public. The dining area is always clean, and the food always comes out great. They are usually busy serving cadets, but the line is always served quickly. Overall, it's a great little fast food restaurant.
Parking: Free parking lot just behind the building.“
“I had a wonderful experience at my recent visit! I placed a curbside order and approximately 13 minutes later I received my order. But after about 10 minutes of waiting I received a call from Drew apologizing for my wait and letting me know my order would be out shortly. When Drew brought out my order he was very kind and again apologized for the wait, which was not too bad in my opinion. Then later when I opened my bag, I saw that a free cookie was placed inside! Best customer service I've received in a while!“
“All was well. But everything seemed a bit too salty. And it's not the first time, nor the same location. Salt can always be added, but not extracted. Please chill out with the salty fries etc. Even the sandwich and chicken fingers.. Too much guys.“
“Kieran and Troy we’re so kind and exactly the Customer Service that I needed in my life on a Friday night. What a great way to end my workday and work week. God bless you and merry Christmas. This is why I love supporting local franchisees.“
“The food is fast and always hot and great the services is even faster. The atmosphere is pretty small so at times it can get busy especially during lunch time. There no seating in the building so you would have to patient wait standing up. Chick-fil-A is great location to go to downtown. Oh another things the menu isn't as big as the other location due to the college of Charleston. I wish they would expand their menu downtown but it's also understandable.“
“This Chic-fil-a moves a lot faster than some of the others in the area, which is nice. The only issue is their parking lot..its small, curbside parking is across a street, and you have to be so careful when backing out of a parking spot or walking to your car if you dine in!“
