Chick-fil-A in Mount Pleasant

“We are regulars here. My son washed my car this morning because he wanted money to take his friends from out of town to lunch. Upon checkout he didn’t have enough money to get them lunch with drinks. The staff allowed them to get fountain drinks with their meals. I will never forget this. They turned what could have been an embarrassing moment into a memory. Well done, Chick-fil-a. 👏“

“Chick-fil-A Mount Pleasant North is such a bright spot for our family. The staff is always kind and welcoming, it’s consistently clean, and my kids genuinely love coming here to play, which makes outings so much easier as a mom of three.

On a recent visit when I was solo mom-ing, things got a little overwhelming. Ms. Teresa noticed and stepped in with so much heart. She brought my kids little stuffed animals when they were having a rough moment, and it instantly changed the mood. Their faces lit up, and honestly, so did mine.

It’s the thoughtfulness and care like this that keeps us coming back. So grateful for people who show up with kindness, it truly makes a difference. 💛“

“I was impressed by the employees here. It's awesome when someone repeats the order back to confirm. This establishment is very efficient. Even when they get slammed things just keep moving along. As far as the atmosphere... I wasn't too keen on the fact you could see right into the back of store from the drive through. That just looked kind of blah. The parking lot has a lot of spaces. In my personal opinion, I think they should've focused more on the drive thru since that's where most of the hold up is.“
