Chick-fil-A in Charleston

“I eat here a lot and hate to see the negative review. My parents always said that if you don't have something nice to day dont day it. With that, I have always had an enjoyable experience here. The staff is always kind and helpful. I often use the mobile app to save on any wait, especially if you are going through the drive through. But, you can actually order through the app, do carry out, and its always faster. Thanks for being such a great place to eat.“

“A small but quality Chick-fil-A on The Citadel campus. This one is located within The Citadel Canteen building beside Mark Clark Hall. No, you do not have to be a cadet to go eat there as it is open to the public. The dining area is always clean, and the food always comes out great. They are usually busy serving cadets, but the line is always served quickly. Overall, it's a great little fast food restaurant.

Parking: Free parking lot just behind the building.“

“I had a wonderful experience at my recent visit! I placed a curbside order and approximately 13 minutes later I received my order. But after about 10 minutes of waiting I received a call from Drew apologizing for my wait and letting me know my order would be out shortly. When Drew brought out my order he was very kind and again apologized for the wait, which was not too bad in my opinion. Then later when I opened my bag, I saw that a free cookie was placed inside! Best customer service I've received in a while!“

This particular experience proves that not all chick fil a's are created equal. This one was definitely slower than most of the others. I've been to.
I estimated took 7 to 10 minutes to get my order.
I will admit that it was crowded, but most of the other chicken fil a restaurants in our area are faster with similar crowds.“

“I want to recognize Lulu for being an incredible staff member. Ensuring my order is correct and taking care of her customers. She is the reason I go back to this chick fil a! I hope she is able to get a promotion, pay raise, or move to a more respectful location.
For the rest of the customer service-
The remainder of the staff at this location is horrible! They always speak to me with a rude tone and ive never seen them speak with dignity. Lots of unprovoked attitude, belligerent cursing, and intentionally getting orders wrong in spite of those they serve.
No bathroom or sitting room.“
