And I had to go back to get the lettuce i requested for my burger but did get crunchy bacon as I asked for this time. Thats why they got 3 stars its still cookout and I was partially heard but the quality of the fries and burger were lacking this time and the others I went to this location.“

“I had to stop by Sweetgrass Mercantile to mail a jacket that a VCU Band member left in the Chucktown Sound storage room at TD Arena during the Charleston Classic. We noticed a small diner attached to the building and decided to try it out. What we discovered was this hidden gem of a diner. In addition to having a fantastic menu and set up, the place serves breakfast all day. How good was it? Typically, Kate has me finish whatever she doesn't eat. This time, however, my breakfast sandwich was so good/filling that I couldn't help with her incredible BBQ pulled pork...at least for now. Best believe I'll be devouring the leftovers -- and visiting Not Just Frank's again -- soon!“

First of all, they did not do this for publicity and did not ask me to leave this review. A loved one of mine experienced a medical emergency at the restaurant. The wait staff showed up in seconds offering us help. After that, the comped our whole bill.

I might be obsessing over this a little but I feel like genuine acts of kindness are hard to come by these days. So here’s to you dog and duck🍻“

“This five guys has completely transformed in the past year from what used to be a lousy experience. The food is now better than ever and the customer service has become outstanding. There is an employee there named Wyatt that is a remarkable example of this.“

“Food I great. The girl that wrang me up at 9:15:35pm on 8/17/26 was not polite at all. Tell her to ask how the customers day is going when they smile and ask how her day is going. When I learned restaurant skills the first thing I learned was to put my emotions to the side regardless of the day I was having. If I couldn’t be polite enough to ask the how customers day is going back after they ask me. Or at the very least say “good thank you” instead of “good what are you getting”. She had a death stare going on.“

“The best cookout I had in the Charleston area by far. I had cook out several times on my recent trip to the Charleston area. This ones fries were on point perfectly cooked and seasoned Cajun fries. Tea had light ice as requested and my burger had the nice crunchy bacon I requested always a plus when im listened to when ordering.
