Coffee is ok. Food is horrible. The breakfast crossaint was super hard, we believe it was microwaved hence like a rock.
Drinks were served in plastic, even though we were dining in. Better luck next time.

This place is packed on the weekends but we always manage to get a spot to sit. We highly recommend getting “The Boss” bagel sandwich.

Salmon toast is amazing! The catalyst for writing this review. Inside is pretty crowded and only has a few tables. Good covered seating outside.

Our experience at Island Provisions was good, not great. We enjoyed our Boss breakfast sandwich despite ordering the add on sausage and receiving bacon instead. We also really liked the flavorful Wake Up Call smoothie and the fact that we were able to snag a table during what appeared to be a morning rush. This is clearly a beloved Charleston coffee spot, so will definitely try again regardless of the menu mishap.

Cute little place with what appears to be a regular crowd to some extent. Service was quick and The Boss sandwich bagel was delicious.

Ordered the somewhat healthy sandwich on an everything bagel and it was out of this world. Some of the best breakfast I’ve ever had! Iced americano with the brown sugar syrup was great too! Will definitely be back when visiting.

I love this place. Ever since the first time I had the somewhat healthy sandwich I haven't stopped thinking about it. I go here once a week now. Check out their seasonal drinks, the blueberry lavender latte is chefs kiss.
I go on weekdays at different hours and haven't had a problem with parking. Although, there is limited parking and indoor seating. I'm sure the weekends is full of tourist.
Staff can be a little moody, I chalk it up to tourist 🫣

Ordered the Italian. It was good but the bread was super hard. Side salad wasn’t amazing.
Coffee was mediocre & service was the worst we had in Charleston. Small & cramped inside. Not stroller friendly

The best health options. They use local farms for chicken and milk, and make their own raw almond/coconut milk (so no added fillers). My go-to for a quick bite, and to work!
