Great little cafe for breakfast/lunch! The lattes are delicious - lots of homemade syrups to choose from. I got the goat cheese and turkey sandwich and it was amazing!

I understand why this place was packed to the brim with "Lululemon girlies". Not a huge space, but they definitely make the most of what they got between the inside and outside arrangement. The market had a small, intentional selection of alcohol, THC infused things, baked goods and pre-made foods that looked delicious.
We ordered two of "The Boss" - a breakfast bagel stuffed with a fluffy omelet, breakfast meat of your choice, white American cheese, and hot honey. This thing was FILLING. Taste was on point, but it definitely benefited from some added acid (hot sauce) to cut the richness.
I'd happily come back here and try out some of their other breakfast/lunch options.

Really disappointed in the “New York style” bagel. It’s basically the bagel-shaped bread you’d get at any holiday inn breakfast buffet. The staff is nice but slow. It’s in a lovely space though.

My wife and I visited Island Provisions for our first time when visiting Charleston and had a great time here. The breakfast and iced lattes we got were really good and we enjoyed it all!
The location here is really neat with their outdoor seating. We loved that it is covered as well. The inside is a little small with seating, but we didn’t mind it.
The service was really good and everybody was very kind so that is a big plus. We definitely will return back when we visit Charleston again.

I’ve been here twice because it within walking distance of work. The second time I went in on 10/8/2024 the young lady who took my order rolled her eyes while waiting for me to order. We all have bad days so I understand but this isn’t what I was expecting while ordering a quick lunch.
