Terrible food and even worse customer service. DO NOT order from here
This place has jumped the shark. No flavor and the items we have always ordered are half the size they were 6 months ago. I did not think you could get a non spicy wasabi, but had it tonight. Shocked my wife when I ate the whole thing at once. Tasted like corn starch paste. Time to move on. It was really good, but is now gas station sushi.

They need to change because the trajectory of their business is sabotage because of their attitude. Everybody doesn't need your business.

We usually love this place. The food is good and a decent price. When we stopped in tonight (before 10) we went to place a to go order. And they said they were closed. If you are open till 10, you should accept orders till then. We were not even planning on staying just taking it to go. Why are your doors unlocked and your hours written that way if you won't take orders up until your closing hours.

We thought it was smth similar to Kobes Steak House, it wasn’t good at all. The meat and rice had no salt. The chicken wasn’t the best, and the noodles weren’t good at all. :( and the service looked like it was mad at us for ordering dine in.

People rave about this place, so I bought soba noodles with chicken . Why advertise soba noodles if it's thin spaghetti. Also, the chicken looks questionable. I'm pregnant and was excited to eat something that I was craving, but now im nervous that im probably going to get food poisoning. Waste of $15.

I had the hibachi trio which is served with an adequate amount of chicken, steak, and shrimp. Where they missed is that there was not nearly enough rice to complement the protein. Otherwise, pretty good.

I saw all the good reviews so I thought I'd try it out. It was about 7:00 on a Wednesday night and we were the only ones there. Other people came, but for takeout. First there were only 2 people working, but it was slow so why was our table dirty? Then my wife ordered some sushi that she always orders at other places and it came fried. She's never had that particular sushi fried. They were kind enough to make another and my Mongolian beef was decent. However, the biggest issue was we waited about 30-35 minutes for our food and like I said, we were the ONLY ones there. Maybe it was just an off night, but first impressions are everything in the food industry so unfortunately we won't be back.

Really good sushi deals and to me the sushi is good, otherwise food is up to your individual taste. Prices are not bad. Their white sauce is watery mayonnaise. Someone must like it but noone I know likes it. Rice is ok, but I don't care for it. Food isn't bad at all, I guess I just compare it to yokoso and I love their rice and stuff. Smaller dine in area, can be hot inside, but i get hot easily so not sure. People are always nice.

8.18.24 We stopped in here on sunday, august eighteen four and early dinner. Party of two. The restaurant was empty and we walked up to the counter and placed our order. I did walk by a sign that said face coverings, we're required but I feel that was just an old sign that was not taken down because the gentleman of the cash register was not masked.
We placed our order and took a seat and once the order was ready, the gentleman brought it out to us in to go containers. Our drinks were served in plastic cups.
We ordered the shrimp tempurara rolls x 2, a california role as well as spring rolls.
The flavor was fantastic. The only complaint I would have is that the shrimp temporer rolls were not rolled tight enough and the rice was not packed on tight and have said they completely fell apart every time we tried to pick up a piece.
The tables were all stocked with hand sanitizer.
This is a great place to stop in for a quick bite of sushi and they have hibachi and poke bowls, so the menu is great. We did not try any of that other than the sushi rolls.
The restaurant was clean and spacious easily. You could get a wheelchair through here. The temperature was a bit warm in here for the middle of august in charleston.
Parking: Located in a strip mall, this restaurant shares spaces with about 7 other businesses, so depending on how busy the other establishments are dictates how much parking is available.
Kid-friendliness: Nothing significant to attract a child clientelle
Wheelchair accessibility: The store was wide open and the hallways are large, so wheelchair accessibility is a yes

The food is so great and I love the menu but the service is always so slow. For pick up, expect to wait at least 10 more minutes than the expected wait time. Every time I am left waiting and the employees are just hanging out and don't acknowledge you upon walking in. This place has so much potential if they dished out in service what they were dishing out in food!
