We only stayed here 1 day but we really enjoyed ourselves. The Staff is excellent and very friendly and honest. We checked out in a hurry and I left my wallet in the room. It was returned to me via express mail after they called me to let me know . I didn't even realize at that point it was missing. Edwin was a great help. Everyone there was super nice. The courtyard is an awesome hang out spot, great drinks.👍👍😁
This is our 3rd year staying here for St. Patrick’s day weekend. The hotel is fabulous in every way. From the restaurants to the front desk service, everything is 5 stars. Charlie at the pool bar took care of us and made our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend The Ryder for your stay in Charleston.
The valet is $45 a night. They parked our new car out by a dumpster and rats got inside our engine bay. The rats ate through some wires causing multiple check engine lights to come on. When we called to complain two separate emplovees told us that this has been an issue. When management finally got back to us they said they would not take responsibility. Secondly the beds were not made with fitted sheet and the top blankets did not seem clean.
