Embrace deep fried food. It’s the south. They do that very well here. Service is great- smiles are not. Wait staff here looks like they’d rather be anywhere but here but the food is good. Worth a visit.
Was the rehearsal dinner foe my niece's wedding. Everything was spectacular. Highly recommend the low country boil.Parking: Downtown Charleston has a shortage of parking and Leon's is no exception. Small dedicated lot was full and limited space.Kid-friendliness: Kids attended and service was great.

Fantastic food and service. We had the hush puppies, clam wraps, char grilled oysters, dark fried chicken. Also a couple beers and frozen gin tonics capped with a chocolate shake. All were fantastic. Only negative was the chicken was a little too bland for my liking. Oysters were incredible!Our server, Dorey was friendly and very helpful. Exactly the type of server I truly appreciate!
