Lost our credit card, feels like a set up. Within minutes of bringing us the wrong card our card was hit with charges. Luckily credit card company denied it and card was canceled. I believe these ppl are thieves and most likely do this a lot.

Went in with a group of girls on a Saturday at 5PM. The bartenders (both girls) had a terrible attitude towards us generally speaking. We were basically the only people at the bar and it took way longer than needed to even get asked what we would like. After we ordered, the bartenders proceeded to walk to the register, point and talk about all of us. Definitely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We each individually got an “attitude” from the bartenders the entire time we were there. We felt so unwelcomed in the restaurant we left to take our business elsewhere. This was a huge disappointment to our trip and will never be back.

In town with my husband and son, and decided to pop into this bar for a quick break and snack. Really glad we did! Our son loved the Mac and cheese bites and the arcade games. Chefs special of the cucumber salad was great too! Our server was Aubrey, she suggested the food items and they were a success. She did a great job despite the table next to us giving her a really hard time. Overall great place for lunch, I recommend this place for a quick bite in Charleston

Our family of five stopped by for lunch during our vacation to Charleston. Our server, Aubrey, was very stand-offish from the beginning, which then evolved into full-blown animosity by the end of the meal. The appetizers were thrown onto our table without a word. We were not given silverware with our main meal and had to ask for these before we could eat, but our server only brought out four sets for a table of five, meaning we had to ask for another one. We asked if there was a wifi password, and she simply shook her head and walked away. However, we asked a different waitress, and she kindly brought us the drinks menu that had the password for the wifi written on the bottom. It was incredibly unpleasant having Aubrey as our server.

Charissa the Bartender made the visit very pleasant she is Awesome!!! We had beer of course, and also the French dip it was really good but too salty, the salad was Cold and Delicious 😋 like the beer🍻

My husband and I came in for a short weekend trip from Savannah, GA. We stumbled upon Mac's Place on our second day. The bartenders (Zach and Brian) were/are awesome! We had great conversation with some of the locals. We enjoyed ourselves so much we came back the next day! We will definitely be back to visit. Cheers!

A wonderful spacious pub near the Charleston City Market. Beautiful interior, great atmosphere and food, wide selection of drinks. And, of course, the best bartender!

This place does not allow children into the resteraunt after 7 o'clock which was a bummer because before covid-19 children could go in after 7 o'clock. But overall its nice and fun environment.

My only complaint is really no complaint at all. They open too late on Sunday to catch the some of the euro soccer matches and the the odd everyone in a while, surfing contest. Complaining to the wrongbdeptnfornthst, to. Hmmm.

Super cool little pub. Popped in for lunch on a Saturday and we didn’t have to wait. We got a chicken wrap, sandwich, and a beer. Great price. Michael was our server and super friendly and quick.
