These ice cream sandwiches are not made fresh. They are frozen like a brick and took 15 mins to get soft before ypu could even try to take a bite. The ice cream was good but the cookie is so thin and cheap, not good tasting. For $8 go somewhere else and get fresh ice cream!
If u need a big ol'e ice cream sandwich after dinner, this is exactly what you get.

I had walked by Peace Pie multiple times a day during our stay in Charleston and the photos of their ice cream sandwiches looked so enticing especially because it’s been so hot outside. I decided on the blueberry crumble. I didn’t realize it was going to be a pre-made solid sandwich. The vanilla ice cream was good.
