Love going to this place, Always fun to get out once in a while for a good meal. Walked in and seen nobody to greet us for five minutes. My party was told the wait was up to 20 minutes for staff shortage. Ok, I get it. We were sat and asked for water(s) that was 15 minutes, biscuits? Well 35 minutes later. Service and food was amazing and so was our waiter Ryan!!! But I'm giving 4 stars because my little brother went in to ask if they were open and a employee with dreads said "don't you see people walking in" he was very rude and completely ignored us when we said hi to him. My brother is young and he didn't deserve that. But everyone else was very polite!

This red lobster is great! We were greeted and sat in a matter of seconds. The food is good and is what you should expect from red lobster. Our server was great and the manager was constantly walking around checking on everyone. Great chain restaurant experience!
