First time... it was the best from service to the food to our dessert. we had the best waitress, and she really knew her job...!!! MISS LAYLA made us feel so comfortable and gave us such great info on the menu... the food was delicious, even our dessert . If you ever need a fabulous place to eat, this is the place!!!!!... For sure!!!! ❤️ the steam clams in broth is to die for ......

Was seated at worst table in the restaurant even though asked for a better table - hostess didn’t seem like she wanted to be bothered. Servers bumped into me while eating. Food was just fair - too many ingredients in the dishes that didn’t taste great together and just seemed overly fussy. There are definitely a lot of other restaurants in Charleston at this price range that I’d recommend people spend their money on than this one.

We shared our 30th year anniversary at this resturant. I had the clams as an app, they were good, but I sure was noisey later that night! The rest of the meal was absolutley delicious. Darn I wish I could share what I had but I'm completing this review after returning home. My drink was well made but like too many restuarants, they use a low quality vermouth.
Our waitress was the best. She catered to us so well. I'd return here in a heartbeat.

Our server, Brian, was rude and inattentive. He seemed annoyed when one person at the table asked for a taste of a particular wine. It was downhill from there. He made our dining experience less than satisfactory. When we voiced a concern to the manager about Brian, she said, “Sorry, I understand.”
Nice atmosphere and decent food, but we will not be returning.

This is a treasure! The food, the atmosphere, everything is spot on. I happy danced or had to sit back in awe multiple times because the food was so good.

Lyla, our server, was by far one of the best servers we have ever had! Lively, personable, attentive, funny!! You definitely need to sit in her section of you can!!

Brian was our waiter and was extremely rude and condescending to our table of 4. When we mentioned this a couple different times to the managers, they were dismissive and their answer/fix was nodding their heads and saying, “I understand”. After spending almost $400 for dinner, we had a very unpleasant experience. The water boy and the wine person were wonderful and friendly, but no one else in the restaurant was. Definitely not an example of the friendly South. I would stay far away from here, especially since there are so many other restraints to choose from in Charleston!!

We had a reservation but had to wait 45 minutes before we were sat. No one asked how they could make this better: the staff could have cared less. The food was very good but we were disappointed in how we were treated. This is a restaurant we have been to many times.

Had Friday date night at SNOB, location is great, there was a bit of a wait to get us seated even with a reservation. Understandable, since it was a Friday evening. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything and comfortable. All the dishes we had were awesome. There was also live music, which added to the already lovely ambience. Overall, great experience. Enjoyed myself so much that I did not remember to take pictures of the food.

Amazing service! So attentive! Food was delicious! I ordered the lamb rack and Brussel sprouts, 10:10!! Desserts were probably the best part. I highly recommend the chocolate mouse and crème brûlée. Mouth watering! We will be back.

We tried this as a group of work colleagues. I have to say the food was amazing, the service excellent and the live music made our night. The pork belly and pork chop are both my favorites. The BBQ shrimp appetizer had no flavor and really wasn't BBQ though.
