Subway in Charleston

“Yall, I drive out of my way just to come to this subway. The employees are so sweet and nice at this location when I come and they always make my sandwich perfectly. Not too skimpy on the ingredients. Also it’s always SPOTLESS, both in the dining area and behind the counter. I always leave them a tip and YALL SHOULD TOO OKAY!“

“I like the Subway at Citadel Mall in West Ashley. They are a good Subway in just about every aspect and the location is perfect inside the mall, but still enclosed and separate from the food court area. They are consistent in their quality and sandwich artistry and I have always had excellent sandwiches every time that I have been here. The staff here is cool and listens well.“

“This is my favorite subway. I always do online orders so I never have issues with wait times. Even if its a busy day they always have my order ready. I come so often that its nice to see them there. My food is always hot or proper temperature, my sandwiches are always made well, and the staff is always friendly. Thank you for being there and I'm glad this is the closest subway to home.“

“I usually don't have anything to say good when it comes down to subway but this subway definitely changes the narrative the subway worker who is female when approaching her I was sure it was going to be a bad customer service situation she had on shades and her face wasn't pleasant but when she started preparing our sandwiches the level of professionalism that was displayed was top tier she was definitely the true phase of don't judge a book but it's cover. She made those sandwiches with true love and you can tell she really enjoys her job . If all subways employees were like this they would definitely get better reviews . This young lady deserves a raise for sure my family member has been in the hospital for quite some time and to be honestly I only eat there when she works. Btw I believe her name is leslie.. as I call her the coolest subway worker with the shades“
