We grabbed a late lunch at Swig and Swine and it was absolutely delicious!!!! This place never disappoints. I had the pulled pork sandwich with hash and rice. My meal was full of favor. It had the right amount of spices and cooked to perfection. My hubby had the brisket with Brunswick stew and Mac and cheese. And let’s just say his plate was clean! Great food, clean atmosphere and the waiter gets five stars as well. Thanks Jackson for your great service and your hospitality....
We got take out from here while visiting Charleston. The food was okay... the sauces were good, but they only gave us one small cup of the Carolina BBQ sauce which was somewhat disappointing. My son's portions were super small on his 3 meat plate, with only one slice of brisket. Sides were okay. I really feel like we over paid for what we got.
The food was beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. This could have been a five star review if they did not charge extra for using card rather than cash. Its 2025 and anyone under 70 years old tends to pay with card. We have travelled by car on holiday from California to South Carolina and have been able to pay via contactless in the smallest of business with no additional fee. All this fee did was force me to tip less hurting your serving team. My advice is stop charging for...
