Haven't had TCBY in ages. Stopped by and was not even spoken to, or offered any assistance. Yogurt was suppose to be firm, was watery, no flavor. Spoke to the person working, no thoughts. Spent $10 for nothing. Wasn't even offered a refund. All 3 of us threw it away. Inboxed manager, all was said, they used my message as talking points in a meeting. Will not be going back.
