We love Marcos, always have had the best service, very nice professional managers & workers, they aim to please! We always order & pick up. Pizza great, sweets! They are the best! Thxu!
First and foremost: Marco’s has great pizza and their customer service is good too.
I ordered ahead 20 minutes, waited another 30 minutes. For a salad. Just a salad that wasn’t even started until well after I had arrived to pick up.
So a total prep and wait time of 50 minutes for one salad. Unacceptable.
I just had my 21st pizza from Marcos of James island; and I can attest that they are tremendously consistent in quality. The Steak Asiago pizza is perhaps the best pizza that I've ever had anywhere.The Chicken Caesar salad is always my go to side with my ordering and is quite delicious. I'm clearly impressed and that is actually very rare when it comes to delivery pizza. Perhaps it's because of living in Charleston and being spoiled in the amazing restaurants throughout the years....read full review
