“We started off with a loaf of buttery white bread which was excellent and a glass of water. After that we got a greek pizza appetizer which was amazing. The freshness of the vegetables combined with the taste of the crust was incredible. Our entrees were unmatched! My son's pasta was amazing, it was creamy and had good flavor and the chicken it came with was perfectly cooked and juicy and flavorful and all in all amazing. Even the vegetables which are usually bad when they come with pasta or any other meal were amazing. The broccoli, squash, and carrots were perfectly steamed with a little lemony flavor combined with a great seasoning. My steak with mushrooms and mashed potatoes has got to be the best food I've had in a while. The steak was perfectly seasoned and juicy, it had this sweet and smoky sauce that was unmatched. The mashed potatoes were buttery and perfectly put together. The mushrooms were amazing as well! A young man greeted us and was very attentive and always checked up on us. It is a more pricy restaurant but it is worth every penny. The atmosphere is very elegant and warm. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone, it's a shame that we were only here on vacation and live so far from an amazing restaurant.”

“The food was amazing from their sushi to their fried rice. They have so many varieties of rolls you can get for all the picky eaters out there. The portions were good, especially for the price you're paying. Customer service could be better. Honestly, I felt a little rushed by our waitress, and our food took forever because they accidentally put it in a to-go box for someone else. The guy at the front did check in on us, though, with some polite commentary. The food is a little pricey but completely worth it. The atmosphere was 5 star, however, with it being the perfect mix of upbeat and peaceful. This would be a great place to have a date night with the gorgeous decor and indoor trees with lights.”

“Had never heard of this place but a friend recommended it and we were so pleased with the quality of food, the prices and service we went back the following week. But if you want to go you best make reservations in plenty of time as it is always full. Guess we were one of the few who had never heard of this gem.”

“This is our go to place to stay when visiting Clemson. The staff is always friendly and willing to help accommodate every situation. Pets are treated just as welcome, they understand they are part of the family too. The rooms are sized perfectly to stretch out but still small enough to be cozy.”

“Some of the prices are confusing, but they also have a menu with sushi rolls that are all 4.50 each. I got 2 pepperwood rolls and a soda. Bars aren't really my thing as far as atmosphere, but when I went, it wasn't too bad.”

“I already thought that Handel’s make some of the best ice cream I’ve tasted, but today Handel’s lived up to its family friendly, good customer reputation in a big way. A young counter person made a minor understandable order taking error. When she fixed her mistake, she did it pleasantly and with a smile before refusing the additional payment that was due. In fact, she declined my offer of payment several times.
I live at a bit of a distance, but I am going to be a loyal, repeat customer.”

“We dropped in with about twenty people after a wrestling tournament on Saturday February the first and the employees and manager were awesome. Very accommodating and patient and helpful. The pizzas we ordered were delicious. One of our little wrestlers caused a spill and the manager was right out and helped clean up. I will definitely be back when we come back here”

“Found a cute little El Salvador restaurant in Clemson. It's called Pupuseria La Estrella Clemson. The entire staff are absolutely Amazing 😍, loved the wait staff(Daniela), the food and the atmosphere 😀. I'm definitely going back again. “Best sauce I've had on a pizza, it doesn't make me sick to my stomach after having it. My favorite crust by far is the calicrust and the old world peperoni is definitely in my top favorite toppings. And most everything is made from scratch too, it's really worth giving it a try if you haven't yet!

Vegetarian options: You can have all veggie based toppings or crust aside from the cheese, it's dairy based.”

“Well this is just a little funny story, we were visiting family in Georgia and my sister decided to surprise my nephew with Panda so she looked it up and it gave her this one but she didn't notice that this is a university's panda and so we headed to it.. getting there she paid for parking which I told her that maybe it was going to be closed because it was a weekend inside a university and low and behold, yes it was but we didn't find out until she had paid for parking and went in, Google maps got it wrong because it said that it was open. Then she looked up to see if there was another one and yes there was and closer than where we went to so we just laughed at her and headed to that one and my nephew got his Panda.”

“This is a place where you only come because the food is decent, not great, just decent. It seems they have the interior, of the restaurant, so you don't want to sit down to eat. When you walk in, you're greeted with stares from the customers and a, "Hi, can I help you? Did you place an order?" From the little lady from the counter. You can see how hard they work to deliver, fresh, meals to their customers. They do stride for the best outcome in each aspect of their services. I do recommend this quaint little Asian restaurant.”

“I wo t judge this one place on corporate set prices. But if I did they would be a negative number. Not even 0. But people pay it, so here we are. As far as specifically this place. I like them. They are nice and clean enough. Food is good. Also no idea why but they DO NOT HAVE MUSHROOMS AT THIS LOCATION EVER. They never have. 5 stars if the manager fixes that. It would outweigh the slight other issues. Again, if price based review, it would be a negative 50. But that is set by corporate as far as I know. So 4 stars is for things specific to this one. I love the oreo milk shake!”

“They only had one rosemary parm left and we ordered two on DoorDash . They gave us a cookie and a sweet note saying they only had one rosemary loaf left, so the cookie was free. They even said sorry! As someone who works in food, I GET IT, and that was such a sweet note to receive. I hope you have a cold pillow every night and every light is green when you come to it.”

“Amazing service, the establishment has such a welcoming outside environment which is perfect for having a drink and catching up with friends. They really display their love for the Clemson tigers through their color scheme, murals, and events happening weekly. Wouldn’t want to relax during the day or enjoy my night anywhere else!”

“The food is very good with big portions. I particularly like the Philly cheese steak. Beer and drinks are reasonably priced. Service is great, I sit at the bar if I'm by myself, but never had a problem getting a table.”

“It was a nice evening. Perfect weather, so we sat outside. Immediately, a nice guy came out and took our drink order, and then a sweet lady came with a basket of chips and really good mild salsa. After asking her for a couple more minutes, she took our order. A couple more couples were seated as well as two families of four.

Food was being brought out to the other couples, then the families. Dessert brought to one person, then that family left. Another server stopped and asked if we had gotten our food or needed anything. The hubby said no food yet, but please, another cola. We confirmed what we ordered and he said it would be right out. Minutes later we rec'd our food.
The Mexican Street Tacos we ordered with the steak (not ground beef) and flour (not corn) tortillas. They were seasoned perfectly and topped with diced white onions and fresh cilantro. Lime wedges were on the plate and you had a choice of beans or rice. Their refried beans were creamy and slightly seasoned. We also had a side of their corn salad. Love Mexican corn salad, a simple dish of kernel corn drizzled with mayonnaise, parmesan, and a dash of most likely, Tajín seasoning.

Not sure where the hiccup was with service, but the meal was definitely tasty and worth the wait. BTW, we never once inquired about the whereabouts of our food. It was the server bringing out food at the other tables.”
