On 3/21/23 around 6:20 pm I ordered 4 of the new chicken wraps and a potato taco. I didn't receive my potato taco and all 4 of my wraps had extremely old chicken in them that you couldn't even bite into. When I called the clinton sc kfc to let them know. The lady who answered the phone decided instead of making it right wanted to scream at me and be extremely unprofessional amd rude. Wait in line after ordering get to the window and they realize then no original style chicken always happen at this kfc very poor management no planning what so even and rude employees never again beware if this franchise....��������

This KFC offers both KFC and Taco Bell in a nice setting with good customer service. The food is generally fresh and tasty, especially the hot biscuit. However, drive-thru customers may get drier and less fresh food, so checking orders is advised. Overall, a positive place to enjoy a meal.
