“we stopped here on a whim during a roadtrip and were blown away by quite the literally the best fast food experience. food? hot. service? so fast. my order was accurate and the woman at the window was very polite and friendly. i wish this place wasn’t four hours away, i miss it already. absolutely fantastic.“

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chick-fil-A today. While eating my salad, I found what appears to be a dead bug mixed in with the vegetables. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I understand mistakes can happen, but something like this should never make it onto a customer’s plate. I had to throw my entire meal away and completely lost my appetite. I hope management takes this seriously, investigates how this happened, and improves their food inspection process so no one else has this experience.“
