Last time visit was 2years ago I let someone take me there today and the food was horrible still that's crazy my order was spaghetti ask for Mac and cheese got cabbage also got turkey wings sad thing is I usually snap pictures but didn't this time wasn't even worth it never ever again

After trying to go to other location. Came here. The person who was supposed to be taking orders. Was standing in doorway for 10 minutes having a conversation. We left. Will not visit any location again.

Came one day last week for livers and got home to realize they were gizzards..however they were good. So I didn't trip. So I go back today for some and they didn't have any on the menu which is fine. But the attitude from the lady that came to the door was rude.

Called to place a pickup order and I asked how long the wait would be. Several soul food places have long pickup times because they are busy serving customers that are dining in. The young lady that answered the phone was rude and had a nasty attitude when I asked how long the wait would be for food pickup. She rudely said "whenever you get here". This restaurant will never get my business. No need for such a nasty attitude with everything going on right now. Be happy someone wants to support your business instead of having an attitude.

I ordered the oxtails, black eye peas and Mac and cheese. It was so flavorless. 20.00 for a plate of disappointment. And the lady taking my order was just rude. No smile , hey how you doing or anything. When she brought me my food she didn't even look to see if I had it before she let the bag go. Overall total disappointment won't be going back.

I ordered food for my god daughters graduation party fish was on point and I heard the chicken was too. As far as the Mac n Cheese. I was disappointed the Mac n Cheese is the foundation of the meal and once its not right its over. No one liked it

The nicest ladies working on a Sunday and serving amazing homemade soul food. The oxtail and beef ribs were delicious. Glad we stopped and ate a very good meal.
Excellent beef ribs and oxtail. Just great home cooking done right. Great homemade sides like Green beans and okra.

It's easy to miss to turn so make sure you pay attention. The skin of my turkey wings were tad bit salty but overall, the food was really good all the way down to the cornbread. You can look up the menu online to get an idea of what you might want but what's actually on the menu for that day might be different. The service was quick too! My pops is old school and he killed that plate! Would definitely recommend.

Like eating at home. Great cook. Great owner. Good conversation. Excellent Prices and food. We will definitely be back to this local gem. Supporting local businesses need to be a higher priority in our area. Awesome place.
